The room was very clean and the hotel was spectacular but the bed squeaked every time we moved while sleeping. We asked to be moved to a different room but they didn’t have any with double bed.

Hotel Rey Alfonso X
Room was spotless, little disappointed that the pool was closed even though we could use the one at Hotel Fernando. We were also in a room next to an exit door and were frequently awaken by noisy people leaving.

Hotel Murillo
Hotel does not operate air conditioning in February even if it’s needed. It’s still in heater mode for every room and can’t switch over to air conditioning mode until later in the year. Weird. We were too warm and couldn’t leave window open because of noise outside. Otherwise, hotel was pleasant ...
