"I pictured the room in the photo which had a lovely blue/white décor. This was not the room. The apartment was quite nice and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom it had 3 baths, there was a small windy staircase to the top floor which was the kitchen and living area - this also had a huge outdoor area. For all purposes it was a very nice apartment but just not what I expected. As for the windy staircase luckily my mother in law at 80 is very nimble otherwise she wouldn't have made it out of the...

It could use some more flat surfaces for the suitcases. It would help, perhaps get rid of the carpet in the livingroom since it is hard to keep clean and the wood floor is beautiful. Otherwise it is a perfect place."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well!
