「Mooi hotel, heerlijk groot zwembad ( beetje fris) . Goed ontbijt .

「The laundry feature worked great as I was in the middle of my trip.」

「The apartment has weird layout. Neighborhood wasn’t ideal for children. 」

「Staff not helpful and not customer orientated. And there are so many issues and Problems with the guest room: 1. Upon arrival, the first one assigned to me with Aircon problem and take one hour for the hotel staff to acknowledge and offer to change room. But they only gave us 5 mins to repack my stuff to go to another one. 2. With second room, the wardrobe’s door cannot completed open. It is a bit blocked by the small cabinet next to bed. 3. The door for the mini bar fridge is kind of broken....

「Every thing is ok」

「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -...

「Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Seville à pied. Parking juste en face, très pratique. Chambre bien aménagée, buffet déjeuner varié et copieux. Nous avons tout apprécié de cet hôtel.」

「Room is clean and comfortable, bed is good and big, near the bus stop No. C5 is easy to the tourist area」

「Good location good service」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Although there is limited of staff but they are very nice and helpful」
