「Good」

「There are many mosquitoes in the room, the hygiene is not very good, the equipment is old, the front desk service is good」

「The property was nice. The bed was not as plush as the Residence Inn in Baton Rouge and Dallas. The property is twice as expensive as Baton Rouge and Dallas and a pet fee was charged. I typically stay at Residence Inn because there has been no pet fee and the quality of beds have been plush and comfortable.」

「Very poor breakfast」

「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「Really good stay for the weekend. The front desk staff especially Nathan was ah-mazing. Great customer service and even gave good food recommendations. Perfect for my family and I. Bonus perk is that the airport was a skip and a hop away.」

「Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.」

That meant my husband couldn't go to the water because of his illness which is the exact reason we needed private beach acces in the first place. I paid for a "suite". The room was disgusting, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The phone to call the front desk didn't work. The mattress was horrible, it sagged in the middle. The...
