Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Way too many fees for cleaning and other things? But they don't clean very well to prepare for your stay. Floors are filthy. Dishes in cupboards were dirty with food still on. Fire extinguisher wasn't inspected since 2012! Broken pool sticks so don't plan on playing pool. Hot tub was 72° upon arriving, couldn't use till next day. Not even a hot pad in kitchen, so baking how are you supposed to get it out? No dish soap in the kitchen! No outside lighting so don't arrive after dark, very difficult to find. Not close to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, so false location descriptions. Google earth! I highly recommend you keep looking for other providers, not Aunt Bugs! Nothing comparable to Logan Ohio cabins, that is a 5 star stay! Their priorities seem to be how many fees they can come up with to charge you, and you paying it! No refunds. Cannot leave reviews with them directly or on their FB page until they approve, so I doubt you would find a bad one there.
