「Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful」

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. 」

「This is a new property located on the Marina. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here. Areas that could be better would be opening the poolside bar and cafe earlier. It is very nice however it opens too late, therefore there is no place on property to get coffee or have breakfast. There is no signage indicating where the entrance is for unloading and the front doors are not very prominent. Some arrival signage would be...

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
