「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !」
