From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.

The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. Every moment they wanted to help. Whether it was helping us order food online, bringing more water, letting the boys take a quick dive in the pool after hours. I could add more. Thank you!

Just a perfect place.

Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !

Great place to stay.

It's a great hotel to stay with amazing breakfasts, easy access to the rooms, which are very pleasantly furnished, & garden. I think having a car would be a great advantage although we did manage with the bus service & occasional taxi in the evening to return.
