「Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

「Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「This property is well worth a visit , very quiet and well looked after . A few bars and restaurants within a 5 - 10 mins walk. 「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」
