「Clean, tidy and good staff but the facilities in the room are not up to the standard, for example, no cups or glass, no large rubbish bin at the room, just a small bin at the toilet. You have to ask the staff to get a kettle and the hair dryer is not good to use.」

「The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. 」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」
