It was an amazing stay—we really enjoyed it! The staff were super nice and friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room was beautiful and extremely clean! They cleaned it twice a day, and every night they would ask if we wanted fresh towels. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, Salivent, and the food was amazing! The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea views. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

I arrived in a little bit of a mood because of some travel disruptions, but those frustrations melted away within minutes of arriving at Iberostar. The staff was unbelievably helpful. Very upbeat and friendly. Both pools were amazing, the room was perfect, and they seemed to be one of few hotels in Mallorca that actually had purified drinking water available to their guests for free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a very nice stay overall at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. There was some confusion with our reservation at check-in, and we also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff worked to resolve both situations and the AC was repaired during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, about 13 minutes from Es Trenc beach, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the initial issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff’s efforts to help resolve everything. We had a great vacation overall and would consider staying here again.
