"This place should be called Chateau Vetus not Nova. We booked the "Executive Room", which was more like a room in a homeless shelter. The air conditioner didn't work in one room (the temperature was 80F), the cook top was smashed, the cutlery in the kitchen consisted of one knife and two spoons, one of which looked like it was used for heating crack. The microwave had about 2 years of grease and lint on it. For a non-smoking room it stunk of smoke and now all my clothes do too. The shower curtain was torn, there was someone else's hair in the shower and the shampoo they supply is like Pine-Sol. The bed sheet cover, while appearing sort of clean, was full of holes. The pillows were like bricks. Yeah we're out of here tomorrow, and take my advice don't even considering staying here."

"Room was clean staff and parking was great. Room was hot as there was no A/C in the room. Taps in bathroom sink are old and small hard to turn on without using a cloth or something. Could use updating. Shower diverter did now open all the way to as ha a to pull up, also could use updating dating. Was a nice quiet stay."

"Clean Rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Only comment is if you can get the pool water a little bit warmer. Overall, good service and will definitely come back."

"Kind and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and well cleaned. The beds are my favourite part, firm but not too firm. With so many hotel beds you sink into the bed and wake up hot and have a sore back. Not this place. Phenomenal beds. Good location too."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by a man? Dressed as a female prositute, they let me in as I was after hours and without a keycard. They asked me for a cigarette as well, hotel staff didn’t seem to care/do anything as this person sat in the lobby. Room was clean, something pink splattered across the roof above the bed though. Loud banging to fix something just outside of my room door began at 7am. Overall okay, definetly felt the need to lock the door as much as possible. Parking seemed secure but a little on the difficult side as it is not labeled where parking is and there are very few spaces. Rooms are also definetly not sound proofed in the slightest."
