I have been to hotels all over the world, and this is the best hotel I have ever been to. They upgraded my stay to a better suit as I went there for my honeymoon, the staff are nice and the food is amazing. The beach and spa are nice too. The only down side is the staff does not speak English very well. The city and hotel are amazing distination if you would like to relax and enjoy your time by the mediterranean sea.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a Lagoon Suite which was stunning with its own private pool. The food was excellent with many choices even for my 13 year old. The hotel went the extra mile by presenting my son with a birthday cake for his 13th birthday. The staff were welcoming on arrival and made us a coffee on departure while we waited for our car to the airport. All in all a lovely hotel, not crazy busy. We will be visiting again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, full of unique flavors, and consistently high quality. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, and the à la carte beach menu offered a fantastic range of food and drinks. Special thanks to Mr. Savaş, the Food & Beverage Manager, for overseeing such a well-run and enjoyable dining experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and multiple housekeeping visits each day to refresh towels and keep everything spotless. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and both the pool and beach areas were exceptionally clean. A big thank you to Neslihan, who was always on hand at the beach—she went out of her way to help with umbrellas, towels, and adjusting the chaises as the sun moved. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our beach days extra special. We felt well cared for in every way and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kempinski. The room was in excellent condition and roomy. The food options were amazing. Our only comment would be the staff, not everyone speaks English. And we had to ask 4 times for our room pool to be cleaned before it was handled. Other than this. Everything was spot on.

Loved this hotel. I was reluctant to stay at an All-inclusive as usually prefer smaller, boutique hotels, however with 160 ish rooms, this is one of the smaller Belek hotels I believe. Check-in staff were efficient but not overly warm or personable. I was however delighted that we were not given wristbands to wear for our stay. Loved the choice of bars for pre/post dinner drinks, loads of comfy sofa style seating inside & out - fantastic, friendly service. Great cocktails. Massive pool, super comfortable sun loungers on beach & pool. Staff would remove towels not being used. Enjoyed a la carte lunch at beach bar everyday. Free shuttle to Pasha & Sultan golf course 2 mins away. Storage room for golf bags next to reception. Pleased with variety of food each night. Room very comfortable, with amenities - ironing board, decent hairdryer, plenty storage for clothes & luggage, great lighting, complimentary mini bar. Overall, excellent stay, would recommend.

Bedrooms air conditions do NOT work, so if you want to sleep in sauna, go for it. We called the reception multiple times, they do send a technician, a temporary fix happen, but the issue occurs again 15 minutes after!!! Other than the above issue, the whole place including the staff, food, drinks, facilities, pools, bars, outdoor music nights and activities are awesome!

The hotel is overpriced. The area around is not walkable and you always need to hire a hotel cab. They accept cash only even through the nearest ATM is 7km away. The number of import drinks are very limited and they’re overpriced too.

Staff should know more English, we had difficulty explaining and receiving answers at the front desk. food choices should be better especially for people who don’t eat meat or are Celiac. Aircondition in the common area seemed off. There should be Fans outside in the dining area as it’s too hot. The entertainment was not good, they should have better DJs and better bands. The Shower in the room had issues, water gets hot and cold suddenly and weak, the shower in the rooms in general was not satisfactory and we complained that it needs fixing but they didn’t do much. Kids pool should be in a different section and keep adults that are there to relax in a different section. Some foods that are marked as Gluten free is wrong so we did complain as my wife is Celiac and she almost ate gluten due to wrong marking on the Menu. Last day we left early and they prepared a lunch box for us as the breakfast place was still closed, my wife got rotten cheese in her box.

Notre séjour a très bien commencé avec un surclassement dès notre arrivée. La villa Sultan est splendide, spacieuse et agréable. En revanche, le service général mériterait d’être amélioré : plusieurs de nos demandes sont restées sans réponse malgré de nombreuses relances, au point que nous avons finalement renoncé. Nous tenons néanmoins à souligner le professionnalisme et la réactivité de Devrim, Lady in Red, qui a été particulièrement attentive à nos besoins. Un grand merci à elle pour sa disponibilité et ses délicates attentions. En ce qui concerne le restaurant Sofra, nous avons été déçus notamment par la lenteur du service, en particulier lors des petits déjeuners, ce qui a quelque peu terni l’expérience.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Hôtel d’exception, spacieux et impeccablement propre. Le personnel est à l’écoute, toujours disponible et très professionnel. Les chambres sont immenses, décorées avec goût, et la piscine privée est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, tout y est réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable.
