"Clean room-first day check-in the hotel recently I found plenty of dust at coffee cupboard. It seems that the room didn’t have deep clean up.
Staff - friendly & welcoming
Breakfast - delicious and well maintained but the conditions of the restaurant bit crowded with people."
"It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I booked based on a colleague's recommendation. The thing that can't be beat is the hotel's location. It is literally across the street from Pavilion Mall and all the bustling shops, restaurants and atmosphere in the area. Great location to be based, especially if you are looking for that kind of vibe. Hotel staff were nice, though during check-in the staff forgot to remind me that the breakfast was included in my reservation. I had to ask later that evening to make sure.
The hotel is very large and some parts can feel cavernous. The bar is located in the basement, on the same level as the breakfast buffet. No windows so it feels a litle strange. The bar service and cocktails were good though, and the breakfast buffet spread was very good. Pool was adequate and gym had a good range of clean, modern equipment."
"Big hotel with direct access to Sentral station so convenient for airport train. Nice pool but surprisingly small hotel bar to socialise in. Good size room for business trip. Mad amount of light switches in room and sliding mirrored wardrobes. Unnecessary"
"The hotel is in a great location, located in the middle of a shopping mall, the rooms are quite spacious with amazing views, the pool area is big and well maintained. All staff are lovely and are always willing to help wherever they can."
"Very smooth check in and cheackout. Courteous, verynprofessional and warm staff. Was given a free room upgrade to have a nice view of Petronas tower. Very convenient location. Few minutes walk to KLCC and free transport service to Suria KLCC Mall"
