"The jetted tub had black mold on filters and jets as well as on the shower curtain. When turning on the hot water, it took about 10 minutes to get warm. It would have been nice to have a better description of the tub, the pictures posted does not do it justice. Bed quality could be better and pillows were very flat."

"The hotel is OK. I was inconvenienced by being locked out of my room at 9a. When I went to the front desk, the young lady wasn’t too friendly. She gave me another key, and that one didn’t work. A manager/maintenance man came by to let me in and said my key didn’t work because I was checking out that day. I asked why would I be locked out at 9a if checkout is at 11a. He replied “that’s just what happens. “ No apologies, no friendly smile, just a straight face. The hotel is OK, but the non friendliness of the staff made the stay not so great. "

"Stay away. Lobby is nice but the rooms don’t match. The worst part is the service and rudeness of the staff. Impossible to get help or speak to management. I’ve traveled internationally and have never had this much trouble with an establishment. "

"Parked right in front of the office. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Tv worked good. Breakfast was simple but good and was included. Only negative was beds were full size not queen. "
