"My first stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed for a total of 8 nights. The modern-ness and cleanliness of the facilities, the utmost professionalism and friendliness of the staff was remarkable. In-room dining service was great as well - my only comment on this is that perhaps due to the spectacular dining options / restaurants in the vicinity - breadth of in-room dining menu was slightly less than what I had expected. But overall - a great memorable stay at this hotel; would definitely stay again when given a chance!"

"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"

"Nice little room. Not much of a view out the window, but great room and amazing rainfall shower head in the bathroom. All light controls, tv, and ac are available while laying in bed."
