員工服務態度極佳，整體環境非常舒適，只是距離景點有點遠，需要乘搭計程車或接駁車才能到地鐵站乘車到目的地。

室內設計風格現代,江景房有寬廣舒適的空間,並有良好的視野. 服務人員和善,有禮貌. 飯店提供接駁車前往地鐵五號線廣渡口站,每十分鐘一班,末班車時間甚至到晚間23點後,非常便利.

good hardware but bad software
beautiful facility and we're lucky to have chosen mountain view room facing the colorful leaves, instead of the river view room (as it was foggy those days). unfortunately, the services are not 5-star. the shampoo is bad, no conditioner, and only one set of amenities in a double room. also this is a no outside food hotel although it is in the middle of nowhere within walking distance. of course, if you plan to gamble and do everything inside the hotel, this is perfect.

Great design hotel, but need to improve service
Pro: Very nice hotel, great design, big room, large bed, nice view, indoor pool is awesome, gym room is very big. Con: However casino services is very bad, no one tell you how to use the free coupon from hotel room guest, no service, no smile, big difference from Macau hotel. I booked 2 adult in 1 room, however there's only 1 free breakfast, although the breakfast is very good.
