i like the upper part of the room is special. the washroom is too small and not comfortable. it is cute that every bed has a cat doll. the staff is helpful and fast to reply. convenient, clean, quiet.

여행하는 동안 우리 집 같은 느낌이었습니다.

먼저, 서울역에서 정말 가까워서 좋았습니다. 엎어지면 코 닿을정도? ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 오피스텔이라 전체적으로 깔끔하게 관리되어있는 느낌이었습니다. 사진에서 보는것보다는 실제로 봤을떄는 방이 적은 것 같다는 느낌이 들기도 하지만 실제로 사용하는데는 별다른 무리가 없었습니다. 3명이서 4박을 하는데 수건이 9개라 한번은 세탁을 해야했지만 만약에 2명이서 쓴다면 수건 양이 부족하지는 않을 것 같다는 생각을 했습니다. 화장실이 엄청 넓은것은 아니었지만 깨끗했고, 샤워부스처럼 되어있어서 물이 온 사방에 다 튀는게 아니라서 좋았습니다. 복층구조로 되어있고, 아래쪽에 침대 1개, 복층에 침대 2개가 있어서 3명이서 사용하는데 무리가 없었습니다. 전자레인지, 전기포트, 토스터기, 밥솥도 있고, 각종 조리도구와 가스레인지 등등 거의 모든 살림살이가 다 있습니다. ㅎㅎ 물도 2L짜리를 2병 주시는데 모자라면 서울역 롯데마트 가서 구매하시면 됩니다. 사장님이 안내도 잘 해주시고 원래 체크인이 3시인데 저희가 조금 일찍 도착할 것 같아서 미리 말씀드렸더니 2시정도에 들어갈 수 있게 편리도 많이 봐주셔서 좋았습니다. 만약에 다음에 또 서울여행을 가게 된다면 또 다시 이용할 의향이 있을 정도로 만족한 숙소였습니다.

チェックインの時間帯が10〜20時までで夜の便だった為間に合わなくて、翌日チェックインするために10時〜20時の間に部屋に戻らないとダメだったのがめんどくさかった《朝からでずっぱしだった為》それ以外は特に気にならなかった！ 気になることもカカオで聞いたらすぐ返事もきたしチェックアウト後も荷物預かってくれますしね！ 部屋はトイレが流せないのがちょっと…でしたが ロッテマートが近いです！ またソウル行く時は泊まりたいです

좀 추웠네요 방 반절은 난방이 잘 되고 반절은 난방이 잘 안되었네요 생각보다 방 사이즈가 안커요 퀸사이즈 침대 4개 싱글 2개해서 클거라 생각했는데 오피스텔 복층이었어요

おすすめです！

ソウルに行く際にはまた利用したいです。 家族５人で一つの部屋で過ごせますし、 食器や洗濯乾燥機もあり便利でした。タオルも毎日交換してくれ、シーツも部屋もきれいにしてくれます。 ソウル駅からも近いですし、コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。鍵も番号を押すと開くキーなので、家族ばらばらに出かけても鍵の数が足りなくて困るという事もありません。

ティッシュがなかったこと意外素晴らしい部屋だった！ 管理人の方も親切で、英語が喋れない私たちと頑張ってコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれました。すごい良かった旅行になりました！みんな満足してこの部屋を気に入ってました。15階からの景色も最高でした。またソウルに行く時はここに泊まりたいです。

整體還不錯，交通很便利，設備齊全，唯淋浴間排水較緩，房間也比我想像的小，我們3大2小，訂一間加的價錢跟訂2間沒差多少錢，但人多用一間廁所有點麻煩，如果重新一次，我會選擇訂2個房間~

住宿位置地點佳

民宿的地理位置很好，過馬路就是樂天超市。離首爾地鐵站很近，超方便。櫃檯人員服務很棒，會更換備品，每天都會過來打掃。服務真的很好，有問題也會幫忙解決。有機會去首爾，這間民宿是第一首選。

ソウル駅15番出口から出ると分かりやすいです。管理者とは事前にメールやLINEでやり取りしました。親切で不安はなかったです。教えてもらった暗証番号で部屋にも入れるので管理人に会わずに最後まで過ごす方もありそうです。チェックインは連絡して部屋まで来てもらいましたが、チェックアウトはLINEでお世話になりましたと打っただけです。1週間の滞在で毎日タオル交換、ゴミ回収、ベッドの布団は整えられていました。他の方も書いてあるようにシャワーのお湯が温かくなるとすぐに水になったりで、家族も何度か悲鳴をあげながら入ってましたが、洗濯も出来るので、3泊以上でしたらこちらのホテルにまたお世話になりたいと思います。

아이들과 함께라면 여기가 최고

저는 호주에 사는데, 가족들을 만나기 위해 한국에 나가곤 합니다. 작년 연말에도 아이들 셋을 데리고 나갔다가, 예전과 달리 처음으로 호텔이 아닌 숙박 시설을 예약했습니다. 가격도 호텔과 비교해 쌌지만, 일단 아이 셋과 한방을 쓸 수 있어 좋았고, 공간도 비교적 넓은 편으로 여유로웠습니다. 롯데마트와 롯데 아울렛이 코앞이라 쇼핑도 다 해결. 무엇보다 위치가 횡단보도만 건너면 서울역이라서 여기 머물면서 기차타고 평창으로 눈썰매도 타러 갔다왔고, 시골집에 다녀오기도 편했죠. 하이라이트는 출국하는날 서울역 도심공항에서 체크인과 짐을 모두 부치고, 가볍게 공항철도 직행을 타고 공항까지 갔답니다. 메니저님도 굉장히 친절하세요. 무엇보다 아이들이 호텔보다 편안하다고 다음에도 여기로 가자고 해서 전 다음번에 한국에 갈때도 이용할 생각이에요.
