Staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful time! The rooms are small, but the shared spaces are nice to chill in, especially the rooftop area. We even made friends with the other residents during our time here.
Bus stop right out front is very convenient and there's a convenience store out back!
The manager is terrible handling issues with customer.
Also the place is no elevator hard to move the heavy baggage. Also not provide clean room every day self clean the space.
It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you have to climb up yourself. There’s no front desk, you just push the door open and walk in. The “economy” room has no window (which was not mentioned at booking), and it’s so small that it barely fits a bed. The bathroom has no separation between shower and toilet, so after showering everything will be wet. Since there’s no window for ventilation, when I came back and opened the door there was a strong sewage smell. The wall near the bathroom door looked moldy. I booked two nights but left after staying one. I just couldn’t stand it.

This is an apartment that’s been converted into 15 rooms, each with its own private bathroom/toilet, and a tiny central shared kitchen that serves as the communal space.
The room has no outside window, which is not mentioned when booking. And the entire apartment/hotel has 4 windows in total (2 on each side of the halls). The kitchen has no window.
The only access to daylight is outside the apartment, either by exiting the building completely or going up to the rooftop.
There are two flights of narrow stairs/2 floors to carry luggage. I’m a woman size 39, and my feet were too big for the steps.
No closets, drawers, or shelves in a the room, just a bar that can hold about six simple hangers on each side.
The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything happening in the hallways and the kitchen.
There are two mini-fridges for 15 rooms (no freezer), with one filled with milk, cheese, and water provided for free by the hotel. That leaves one fridge for all of the rooms. So there’s no real, long-term way to store and prepare your own food.
The shower is positioned directly above the toilet, as the bathrooms were reworked to fit into very small spaces. It’s fully functional, but you end up showering over the toilet, so the toilet paper gets wet. It would have been great to have a small upper shelf to keep it dry. I ended up wrapping it in a plastic bag as a workaround.
I believe it’s all about managing expectations, knowing what you’re booking.
