check out 時間是12點,在11點時 突然有位陌生女子闖入房間,未敲門,直接持有房卡入內,把當時在房內的我跟小孩嚇壞,這樣高級的飯店竟有這麼不安全的疏失,非常不能接受! 跟飯店反應 只得到會在注意 且送一隻娃娃給小孩的回應。 房內馬桶座上明顯黃污垢且異味, 人員英文有待加強 問了幾次得到都不一樣答案。這樣的房價不值得。

This hotel is connected to Ibis which has a 24hrs convenience store (Nice to C U). Via this store, you can purchase / top-up Wow Pass #(for foreigners) or Namane Card. It is also connected to Yongsan Station and a Mall. So, topping up Transport pass (T-pass) is also easy.
Note #: Wow Pass holds 2 functions. 1. It allows you to store money to be used almost everywhere within Korea without carrying cash around. 2) It can be used as T-pass. However, you will need to top up T-pass before using.

Super schönes Hotel. Tolle Aussicht. Waren im 35 Stock und konnten die ganze Stadt überblicken. Zimmer war sehr groß mit Küche und alles sauber. Generell liegt das Hotel super an der Metro. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus zur Metro laufen. Es gibt in der Nähe auch direkt noch eine andere Metro Station die uns super in die Stadt gebracht hat.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado con un fácil acceso a la estación de tren y metro. La habitación era muy espaciosa, además de que contaba con lavasecadora, igualmente el restaurante es bueno y ofrece varias opciones. Algo a resaltar es el gimnasio ya que tienen un área de peso libre y varias maquinas de peso y cardio.
