The hotel is located at a very high altitude, and the road from the street to the hotel entrance is extremely steep. It requires good physical strength to climb up, especially if you're carrying luggage. The bed sheets in the room often have stains or holes, and slippers are not provided daily. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, so it's not particularly convenient.

交通便利,房內空間相比其他較為寬敞,惟這次入住在房內wifi使用,及房內溫度控制上不佳,wifi非常慢,常要使用自己的漫遊,而房內即使調到 15度仍然比較悶比走到溫度還熱

之前住過兩次都無問題,但這一次房間有蚤。有一晚冷氣壞過後就開始有。中央冷氣壞了一晚,只有一把電風扇。 跟客服投訴過,但他們沒作任何賠償或反應。下次再去韓國都不會再選擇。

商務方便的好飯店
整體感覺乾淨舒適,飯店人員熱情有禮(較少在韓國的星級飯店有感受到),房間大小剛好,床鋪非常舒適,整體裝潢我非常喜歡。機場巴士也有直達,對商務人士來說非常便利。 附近雖然餐廳蠻多,但都不是外國人可以輕鬆走進的感覺 (都是韓文,食物照片也不多)。若在餐飲方便這一點可能還是COEX商場的飯店比較占優勢。

今年2月、4月與6月來首爾都住在相同這家飯店,房間與服務的品質都維持得很好。但是連續三次入住時都告訴我飯店的健身房跟游泳池剛剛好這一周在維修無法使用,連續三次令人覺得是藉口無法接受。另外怕熱的記得要求房間是可以自己調控溫度的樓層。

很棒的飯店,還會再次選擇。
很好的飯店,有線網路的提供令人滿意,可以很專心的在飯店處理公事。早餐內容也很豐富多元,唯一的小問題是飯店離捷運站有點距離,不過機場巴士可以直接到飯店門口是很大的優勢,整體而言很滿意。

地點不錯,有機場巴士直達,客房舒適,唯床有點軟。酒店餐廳選擇普通,但周邊有很多各式各樣的餐廳。
商務出差不錯的選擇,大堂職員服務一般,對週邊環境介紹生疏,客房服務回應很快。週邊餐廳,交通工具都很方便。地點旺中帶靜,不會很吵雜,但地點很方便。

Very convenient and friendly hotel
The hotel is on a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes away from the food street and 10 minutes away from the Gangnam area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym and the swimming pool are good. Our only criticism is the size of the room. We booked a family room for up for 4 people. But it could only fit in 3 beds, including the one putting away during the night.

宿泊時にサウナ利用可のプランといわれ、娘とスパへ。スパで受け付けを済ませて、スタッフの方からロッカーを受け取り、中へ。 サウナには入らずシャワーをしていると 他のお客様より韓国語でクレーム。 何歳かと聞かれ11歳と答えると子供はスパに入れないと。ホテルからはフロントでも説明はなく、スパの受け付で娘も受付した後に、スパ内でそのような他客からの指摘にとても驚きました。
