The room was incredibly dirty when I was checked in. There were dusty everywhere, floor, shower room, bath tub, even on the bed sheet.I told the staff to change the room but unfortunately, there were no available room. So, I asked for cleaning my room asap, the staff promised. But there were no one came to clean. An hour later, I told the staff again about my unclean room. They apologized me again and promised to clean my room. So, I went out and come back later night. MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AS BEFORE.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel the Designers, the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful to me. The hotel room suite was excellent and always restocked with amenities that I needed daily. Even during the hard time of 2021, this hotel has still upheld very high standards of service. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book here again. :)

Location is great; near the subway station and airport bus. Customer service was subpar. Front desk do not greet you (did not look at us at all) when you enter and are unfriendly when answering questions. Room was spacious for a family of 3 adults.

Great location with below average service
The room was prepared and ready when I checked in late in the night, less than 5 mins upon arrival to the hotel so that was great, first impression is good. However the bedsheets were not changed even upon request(I made the request on my fourth day), I have to make a second request(on the fifth day) when I found out it was not changed, as there was a stain on the bedsheet we saw during our first night. The location is great for travelling to various place of interest and near to the bus stop of the airport bus 6001.

I was very disappointed with the service from the Receptionists during my check in and out of the hotel. I wouldn't bother to explain more as I am someone who worked in the service line as a Hotel Concierge and currently a flight attendant for a national carrier. I only looked forward to my suite room which is really gorgeous but again disappointed with the Housekeeping as toilet roll and tissue box was not replaced with a new one. Everything else in the room was in perfect condition except for minor defects which doesn't bother me at all. I like the location as it is easy to grab a cab and near a train station.

The bed is very comfortable. Staff is helpful. However, the shower though looks very nice is not very practical as the water wets the floor easily without a shower curtain.

Big and modern designed room. Very convenience!
This is the 3rd time I traveled to Seoul and this was the best hotel we had... Location is great because it is very close to every where we want to go. Room is very nice, big and modern. Our room has a huge bath tub and a separate shower in the bathroom. Hotel also provide very comfortable slippers and bath robes for each guest.

Very small room, no space to put luggage. Housekeeping forgot to make up room one night and when we mentioned it to the reception, they were very nonchalant about it, need better customer service. Good location for dongdaemun

It was a one night stay for us. The room is all white and very clean. Pillow a bit hard but generally comfortable to sleep in.

Everything was good, modern, clean and comfort. Interestingly, was hard to find the power spot in the wall, best to ask the reception. Location is 5 minutes walk away from shopping and food. Subway exit across the road. Easy to get taxi.

It is a modern , new hotel. It located in the center of the city seoul, right next to the dongdamen shopping malls. The room is more spaceous than other hotels or motel in korea.

Close to most places I waned to visit. Oh they also refund me for the first night because my flight got delayed for more than 10 hours.

The 2 big pluses of this hotel are price and the location. It's across the Metro station and walking distance to malls and the DDP. The 2 big minuses are the cleanliness of facilities and the customer service of staff. We stayed for 5 days and they actually just fix the bed and the toiletries, but they never vacuum the carpet, and didn't clean the bathroom well. There was a ball of hair in the shower drain for days (even before we arrived!). Outside our room is the service elevator, and there the dirty linens are piled for few days for everyone to see (see photos), and gets only picked up less frequently (a curtain or an actual door would have been a simple solution). Only the carpet inside the elevator is always dusty. The staff are very friendly, but because of low English proficiency, they are unable to help much. Even when they understood, they seem to lack the confidence or even the knowledge on tips for sightseeing and restaurants - which I think are basic skills in keeping with the tourism industry market.

コンセントがベットサイドになく非常に不便、また数も少ない。バスタブにカーテンがないのでシャワー使用時水撥ねに気を使う。タオルかけも無い。 洋服掛けがコートがかけられなくて不便。 部屋はまあまあでしたけど、以上改善されればもっといい評価になると思います。

写真はだいぶ綺麗に撮られてますがお値段相応なホテルです。 この金額でバスタブが付いてるのはよかった。 交通の便はとてもいいです。 ドアの建て付けが悪く鍵がかかってるようでかかってなかったりするので注意。 ラブホテルのような造りでした。 とても悪いというよりはお値段相応のホテルって感じです。

地理が全くわからなくても最寄り駅を降りるとすぐに見つけられて、行きやすかったです。 部屋の設備も特に不便な所はなく快適でした。 夜中まで東大門で過ごしましたがホテルまで歩けるので立地もとても便利でした。

立地だけは良いです。東大門のショッピングエリアまで徒歩で5〜10分程度。広蔵市場も徒歩圏内。ホテルへ最も近い地下鉄出口にはエレベーターが無く、果てしない階段が続くので注意。 スタッフは日本語が出来ない方のみでした。 部屋の入り口のドアが非常に開けづらく閉めづらい。玄関入ってすぐの扉は故障しており、使用できず。バスルームの扉も故障しており閉まらず。 バスタオルは髪の毛だらけ、掃除は行き届いておらず、ほこりまみれ。 次は無いかな、、、。
