깔끔 했고 다 만족스러웠는데, 화장실이 보이게 되어있어서 살짝 당황스러웠어요. 모텔이랑 비 슷한 느낌 들었지만, 시설 적인 측면에선 괜찮았어요.

8連泊しました。本来なら【大満足】なのですが、清掃に関しては少し残念だったのでこの評価です。チェックインした初日はまったく問題ありませんでしたが、連泊した際に何度か清掃を希望した際に清掃員さんによって当たりハズレが‥‥。ゴミは片付けてくれていましたが、歯ブラシ類やタオルが補充されておらず、使用済のバスタオルが床に残ったままで唖然としました。使用した備え付けのティースプーンも汚れたまま元の位置に戻されてたり。文化の違いなのか、リネンの補充は有料なのか、慌ててフロントに尋ねるとフロントの方がわざわざ部屋までリネンを持ってきてくださりました。(清掃員さんがたまたま補充し忘れていたのでしょうか‥‥？)
お部屋、立地、値段は大満足です。部屋は広くて、ベッドも大きく、シャワーの温度、水圧もちょうどいい。なにより浴槽があるのが助かりました。テレビのチャンネル数も多くて退屈しませんでした。備え付けのPCがあり、調べ物したり音楽を聴いたりするにはたいへんよかった。立地は江南駅から徒歩5分ほどなのに夜は静かでよく眠れました。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。フロントの方も親切でした。清掃に関しては残念でしたが、不衛生っていうわけではなかった。むしろ満足した点が多かったのでこの評価にしました。また江南に来た際はぜひリピートしたいです。

空室があったようで、グレードアップしていただきました。
湯船は室内にありますが使用しなかっ たので特に問題はありませんでした。シャワートイレは別でとても良かったです。
すりガラスがグラデーションになっており、足元の方は殆どすりガラスではなくガラスです。
数人で宿泊する場合はシャワートイレの扉は気になるかもしれません。
フロントの方は日本語は話せませんがとても親切でした。英語は話せるみたいでした。
夜も特に騒音はせず、駅からも近く、ご飯も近くに何でもありますのでリピート確定です。

Okay location, not far from the station but far from tourist center
But the bed sheet is not very clean
And the hotel is not user friendly
Have to check in at exactly 3pm can’t even get in 10mins early
And I have email beforehand to ask something and was rudely replied.
So if u dun need to interact with the staff much then u will be fine

This hotel is clean, quiet, friendly, stylish. Two things we didn't like are 1) bedding is using nylon and hence very hot. 2) they serve THE SAME breakfast everyday. You have drinking options, but no options for eating.
