I would like to complaint about the attitude of your colleague named Kyle who works in front desk of customer service .
I made a call to customer service counter to request of tidy of room when I was ready to go out of lunch at 11:30am on 13th . Very disappointed that the room hasn't been cleaned yet when i back to room at 1:00pm . After that i was waiting for service until 5:00pm but still nobody came . I made a call to customer service once again to request tidy of room at about 6:00pm when I ready to go out of dinner . It made me extremely angry when i back to room at night , I found that only the bed sheet was changed and other such as rubbish bin was still full , table was still dirty and shower gel was still vacancy. So i made a call again to complaint with customer service why ignored my requested service but the response and attitude from your colleague "Kyle" was very very bad and also blamed of me . It was incredible and made me crazy .
I lived in different hotels in the past 2 decades and it was my first time to come with this kind of poor service and attitude like this . It is absolutely not respect attitude, impolite and unacceptable behaviour . Is it your normal attitude and service for other clients ??
