Great place with friendly staff

Super easy and convenient. I’ve stay there before and it’s easy to get around to Apgujeong and Itaewon. This is one of my go to places when I come up to Seoul.

Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered. Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, modern & comfortable. Plenty of buses drop off on the adjacent main road, or it's only a 5 mins walk from the nearest subway station. Breakfast was good & the gym had a decent treadmill for an easy jog. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and I had my room cleaned everyday. They gave me complimentary water everyday as well which I liked. The location was also very convenient. There’s a bus stop really close and I was able to get to where I wanted to go pretty quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was that the door sometimes didn’t close all the way, I had to double check a couple of times but this area is also very safe so I wouldn’t worry.
