The room was clean and quiet. Perfect for a family. It was a great location, close to the markets and food options. The room didn't have a kettle, so you couldn't make hot drinks.
It was a trip with family. Front officer was nice to welcome us with kind explanation on facility and available services even though we arrived late evening. Cleaness of room was fairly good with nice air conditioning. Hotel was located near Olrae traditional market, parks, Jeong-Bang falls, and sea port.
The property was in a good location near Seogwipo market. It has a carpark, which is good for tourist that self-drive and charging station for EV car which I have rented. Unfortunately, the charging machine was not working and I must thank the hotel's engineer, he spent 1 hour with us to make sure my EV car is charged enough to drive to the airport.
The rooms was not cleaned properly, the bathroom is wet after a shower as the shower head was faulty. And we had towels that has holes in it. I was a bit upset about it.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The first room assigned had black mold all over the wallpaper in the toilet room and shower curtain. There was also mold in the AC vent. The 2nd room assigned was better but still had some mold in the AC vent.
This was an OK hotel at a 3* level. The rooms are adequate and rather large. The furnishings are basic and many obvious things are missing (hooks in the bathroom for towels, tea bags to go with the kettle and cups etc.)
It is the same building as the First70 hotel, although that one gets to have a breakfast buffet whereas Noblepia guests must choose from one of 6 Korean seafood-based breakfast sets served across the street.
The property is close to most of the Seogwipo attractions. I do not usually write comments but I commend the English-speaking staff who reached out to help me about my flight booking. She offered her phone to be used for calling when the hotel room phone is not allowed to make outside calls. She also offered on changing the booking herself which is a trait that I like about this staff, being hospitable in its true sense.
The general areas were clean and well kept. Parking garage was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old but some parts had been renovated and looked newer. The beds were comfortable and the floors were clean but the bathroom was filthy - pink slime all around the bathtub and the bottom of the shower curtain, soap scum and mold around the sink. It seemed like the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. For that reason, I would not stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Cleaness: Slippers looked dirty so that may transmit athleteโs foot and bathroom fittings were moulded especially around bath tub.
Breakfast: Food quality seems to be great, but time. It supposed to start at 07:00 on Saturdays and when I get there, it was fully occupied by a high school students and general guests could not have it until 08:30. That was not explained at the check in, and I needed to checkout before the breakfast time so I missed it.
Underground car parking: I managed to park at night but in the following morning, it was fully occupied and due to too tight layout, I could not get out without moving the cars next to mine and the one in front. Because the underground car park was shared with other hotels, it took me long time to find the car owners. Later found out that they were another hotelโs guests. I was stuck by that for an hour and very nearly miss the flight home. A receptionist doesnโt speak English well and operating the busy check out time in the morning alone, so he was unable of respond to such an emergency call.
Potentially a nice hotel.
