「This was an amazing find for a stop halfway on the famous bike ride . We stayed in the 4 person room which was capsule style and brand new . It was extremely comfortable with all of the necessary amenities and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant served gorgeous food . We stayed one night ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers) but would happily have stayed longer」

「Read some negative comments from various hotels booking website, have struggled to book it or not, but there are not really many hotels / ryokans in Onomichi. Anyway, the reality is, starting from the check in till check out, we are very satisfied and amazed. We need to give it a fair comment to support the staff there. 「It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. 」
