「The property was certainly not what the pictures portrayed. The location is questionable and we did not feel safe. The room smelt of smoke and we immediately went to front desk. Upon our conversation with the staff we decided it would be best to check out. I messaged Expedia as instructed by the property in regards to a refund and within minutes was told that the hotel denied the claim and will not issue the refund. Terrible experience and disappointed that no type of refund was offered.」

「While my room was very clean, there was a large stain on the upholstered chair by the window. The picture was missing the bottom part of the frame. The bathroom was old, with a cigarette stain on the tub. Staff were friendly and helpful but it took longer than usual to check in. There was no pepper in the breakfast area and the juice machine was broken. All said and done, I had what I needed. It is a poor economy for all which may explain the shortcomings.」
