Enjoyed our stay at this villa . It’s 5-7 mins walk to restaurants at street Villa is beautiful with wooden furnitures giving it the traditional Balinese feel . Love the master bath outdoor settmg and it’seo that opens to the pool . Indra the housekeeper did her best to keep our stay welcomed and pleasant . She is very responsible and hardworking .and instantly respond to any of our needs and calls for queries .

The Villa Saffron is large, but a bit old. On the first day of our arrival, we couldn't sleep at all because our bed was covered in tiny ants that bit us from head to toe, plus all the bed linens smelled terrible. The next day, no one came to clean, nothing changed, and the second night was the same story. Finally, after two terrible nights, they gave us another room upstairs where we could sleep. We couldn’t leave the villa for two days because the front door wouldn't close, and they fixed it after complain.The towels were too old to use. There were never any bottles of water, as stated in the description. There is no coffee machine. The villa is beautiful and large, but everything needs to be freshened up a bit.I texted to Expedia customer service on the very first day with all my complaints and wanted to move to a hotel. But since the payment is non-refundable, we stayed at the villa.
