Nice villa in quiet area. Very private. We were advised that the cleaner comes every day and pool person every second with the cleaner. Cleaner came twice the whole time we were there (5+ nights). She did attempt to come one other time but the power was off so the doorbell didn’t work. Wifi was touchy, sometimes worked sometimes didn’t. Had a whole day with no power so freezer defrosted, no wifi etc and no warning this would occur. Needs more towels and better cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. Hairs everywhere through the bathrooms. On the positive, the rooms were huge, pool was clean and private, manager was brilliant with communication. I would stay again as the positives outweighed the opportunities.

We loved the villa, it is exactly as it looks in the pictures! The location is fantastic just 10 min walk from all the great restaurants and shops of Jalan Kayu Aya. To be honest we booked this villa only cause of central location. Massage salon is just 2 min walk, great Kultur and Basil kitchen cafes are in also 2 min walk, laundryand farmacy, 3 food shops are next door! Ketut is very responsive to any request and went out of her way to return some items that we had forgotten when we left! All in all a great stay!

The villa is simply amazing. We were 6 of us who stayed in 3 separate rooms. Let me try to summarize our experience without writing long paragraphs. Very light and specious. Huge Living Room. Cosy Swimming Pool. Great baths. Amazing beds. Aromatic towels. Modern looks. Absolutly new! Next to Seminyak center, beach is in 15 min walk (24x7 mart). Refrigerator. Water cooler. Dinning area. Cabel TV is in every bedroom! Ask for bikes to Ketut, the price is really cheap. Short walk to ku de ta / beach / market.... Great memories! Putu took us for a day trip to Ubud. Amazing guy, always a smile on his face very helpful and humble guy. Thanks Putu! A big big shout out to Ketut who had been so helpful even before we had come to Bali. I had so many questions on Gili Trawangan, tour guides, breakfasts, transport from ports etc etc. And Ketut always replied to me swiftly and was always humble. Thanks Ketut! Please also convey our gratitude to the care taker who cleaned everything up with a smile everyday :) All in all, a great stay! We wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommended :)
