What a beautiful place. Loved our villa and loved all the staff. Very helpful and having access to a 24 hour reception was also very handy. We got breakfast daily which was nice. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay

Had a great stay at this villa! The service and attention to detail was impecable. The previous reviews expressed concerns about the condition of the units and internet capabilities but both were more than fine. Our only negative feedback is that of the toilets - the flush button had to be held for a looooong time and inwards between the wall. Aside from that, our stay was amazing. Would definately stay again, especiallywith love music near by. Such a great time!

Beautiful villas-stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, very clean and well maintained. Very large space in all the living area and bedrooms. Has all the bathroom amenities needed. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning was warm and coffee was good. My only complaint is not really a complaint-no full length mirror(could just be me) and the hot water in our shower comes and goes but the other bathroom didn’t do that. Otherwise the staff are really friendly. Easy walk to the shopping and dining areas!

Oasis in the middle of Seminyak

The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the pool and the very local vibe of the place. Bathroom had his and hers sink which was efficient. The location was close to the beach and motel mexicola but very quiet still. They had a little pathway shortcut that went straight to the main road which was a good way of exploring the area.

The villa was amazing and the service was just as good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in Seminyak. Only bad thing was the wifi, it’s terrible. So used our phine data a lot and now we have run out of credit

Spacious villa in great location

We stayed in villa 6 for a week and loved the spaciousness, quietness and cleanliness of the villa. The location meant that we could walk everywhere and felt close to shops, restuarants and the beach (although we spent most of our time in the pool and only walked on the beach at sunset). The staff were extremely helpful with booking drivers and making reservations and nothing seemed too much trouble, although like in all countries language can sometimes be an issue. On the down side we found the internet to be extremely slow and not always available and we did have problems with our pool one afternoon but they were quick to try to sort this out.

Pros & Cons

- Pros . Comfortable(little bit deeper in the block, so not croud and noisy too, consider many villas in Seminyak are on the road!) . Good location(approx. 10 mins away from Seminyak Square & beach, many good restaurants around) . Good facilities and service(big pool, opened kitchen, breakfast) - Cons . Hard to find the entrance for first visitor(deep in an ally) . Noisy(some villas besides the restaurant, until 23:00, looks not everyday) . Mosquitos(maybe not only this villas)

Good stay, could've been better

The villa was fine, no glaring complaints at all. My wife and I stayed at 3 different location during our trip to Bali and this was the one we liked the least of the 3. It's still a very pretty property all things considered. If I was to change two things they would be no airport shuttle included. Most villas I saw included this, but this one didn't and I didn't catch that on the original booking which ended up being an extra $20 at the end of the trip. Also there is a rooster that lives nearby and he's loud around 5:30am. If you can sleep through that then he is quiet again later on, but if you're like me that means you're going to have an early start to your day.

Great location, walking distance to everything, very clean , friendly staff, The Villa is a little tired in need of some updating , but we love it there , clean and great private pool.
