Fantastic experience

Fantastic! Very satisfied with the spacious and clean room and the service by staff. The jacuzzi in the room was so comfortable and romantic. I also loved the free shuttle to seminyak square and beach.

Poor stay

Got e.coli and Sapovirus while staying there. This happened when I was only eating room service and breakfast buffet at the hotel. Also the house keeping didn't wash the coffee glasses, kept forgetting to leave us hand towels, and was overall below average. Also we had to run the shower for 20 minutes before the water got barely hot most of the time. Overall, not a great stay.

I stayed for about a week, and everything was great. The shower was clean with plenty of hot water, and the toilet was spotless with no issues. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, making it very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Nice hotel, but...

We went on a family trip to celebrate my birthday and stayed in de vins sky for the last week of our stay. The hotel is fine, and service is kind. But if i had known it was going to be like being in sonny beach because of yelling and screaming Australiens i would have picked an other place.
