This hotel was so beautiful and such a relaxing stay. We came with our 4 year old and it was also a perfect place for a family stay because there is a playroom, a pool, and plenty of places to relax on site after a long day. We also loved the restaurant so much we cancelled all our other reservations to eat there each night.
Hotel Tyrol is one of my favorite properties in the world. My wife and I have travelled extensively and have found only a few places that combine the casual sophistication of the Hotel Tyrol with the hospitality culture of the staff that makes clients feel like they are guests in a private family home. The hotel is in an ideal location for all the activities that the Dolomites have to offer - and the atmosphere, amenities and elegance of the Hotel Tyrol render it the perfect spot to enjoy the region. It is rare when you find a place that makes you feel as welcome. Additionally, the TyBistro restaurant offers a delicious menu at your fingertips right in the hotel. We hope to be able to return many times in the future.
Excellent service. Beautiful views. Great food. Relaxing spa area. Close to everything in town including a cheese making diary farm and a gondola to take up for views and hiking up where the ski trails are.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo
Her koste vi oss big time :) Takk.
We stayed 2 nights. We ordered a simple double room and got an upgrade to superior room with balcony facing the mountains. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was great including personal made omelets. The swimming pool and the spa were excellent and relaxing after a day of hiking in the mountains. We took only breakfast. There is an option for dinner at the hotel but it was expansive so we preferred to eat at a nearby restaurant.
