「It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. 「It was dirty, cheet bed and cover duvet not change and not cleaning. No towels. I am not recognised. We left after see bed not clean. 」
