「There are many places to stay near Plitvice Lakes but we're glad we chose Lake House Plitvice. The rooms were simple, very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and the breakfast was a nice option. Several restaurants are within walking distances and it's less than a five-minute drive to the park's entrance #2. 」

「The room is tidy, neat and decent. Tin, the only staff member of the hotel, is efficient, friendly, helpful and nice. However, the description on the website that the hotel is 12-minute walk away from Entrance 2 and 21-minute walk from Entrance 1 of the Plitvice National Park is false. It is actually far away from entrances. We had to hire a taxi (200 kuna per ride) to reach the hotel after getting off the bus, and then from hotel to Plitvice next day. Not recommended for those traveling...

We walked right from the hotel into the National park and walked the Lake and the waterfalls. The service and food was great. We had Breakfast and dinner at the lodge, great wine. We didn't have to get back into the car until we left..Perfect. 」
