Comfortable stay

The room was clean and equipped well. It was 12min drive from the National park entrance 1. The owner was very kind. We wish we stayed here longer.

House Jelena was perfect for our stay at Plitvice Lake. Very modern studio apartment. We totally loved Jelena, who is a lovely host. She shared many tips for visiting Plitvice Lake. Jelena even made coffee for us in the morning and she was very nice with my kids. I highly recommend House Jelena to everyone.

What I liked the most were the hosts! Great hospitality! The house has quiet surroundings, though it is not far from the main road and all facilities. We spent quite a lot of time relaxing in the garden. The apartment is truly "fully equipped"!

The property was spotless and comfortable and in a lovely setting. We did have to pay in cash upon arrival. It says to pay at the property but we thought we would have a card option. Anyone staying should be aware of this. We were staying at the end of April and unfortunately had bad weather. The hosts were making a fire in their home but the chimney was right at our apartment so we were unable to open any of the windows during our stay. I would recommend this place for a stay but just wanted guests to be aware of what we did not expect.

Friendly host and a very nice room for our 4 person family. Just what we needed after a long day of walking in Plitvice National Park. We also got pizza take away from the closest pizzaria... extremely good pizza. Thanks for a good stay.

Wonderful homely start.

Lovely people, very nice room. Excellent cooking facilities shared with other guests, though we had it to ourselves when we stayed - the other guests ate out. Note that you need a car (or possibly use taxis) to get to Plitvice.

Velice příjemná rodina a ubytování, optimální pro výlet na Plitvice brzo ráno (při příjezdu v 7:00 jsme ve všední den čekali cca 40 minut na koupi vstupenek, později byly fronty výrazně horší). Okolí se nehodí pro cyklistiku, cesty jsou úzké a je jich málo, takže s hustým provozem, někteří řidiči kamionů byli dost bezohlední.

Tranquilidad, limpieza y Plivitche a 3 minutos

Es un lugar tranquilo y muy limpio. La anfitriona es muy amable. Es un sitio con una excelente relación calidad precio para unos días o para una visita cómoda al parque nacional de Plivitche q está a sólo 3 minutos en coche. Cerca también buen restaurante recomendado por ella. Perfecto!!

Jelena was a very comforting and welcoming host...made us feel right at home :) She was very helpful, her place very homey, clean, and comfortable... Her home just a short, easy, 6 minute drive down the road to Plitvicke Lakes.

Friendly owner nice place to stay

It was a nice place to stay, the lady was very helpful, it had full cooking facilities and coffee and tea.As my reasons for staying here was to get to Plitvice Lakes N.P early in the morning the man drove up €10 it is a 4/5 km up hill.(early not many people their)

I only needed a quick place to stay near the national park and this was a perfect pick. I got lucky and there was nobody else in the other rooms so I had the bathroom to myself. It was very quiet and in a charming little farm town which I loved. The hosts were friendly and I didn't need much so no real comments there but check in and out was easy. The only issue I had was it was a bit difficult to find the place because my GPS wasn't quite accurate with the address given so maybe giving some instructions on how to get there from the main road and what to do once you get there (I was knocking on random doors until I found the right one) would be nice. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Nice place, but not perfect for us

We stayed here 1 night while visiting the park. Very friendly people, clean, well kept home, good location to the park. Unfortunately we have 2 complaints though. The walls are thin, and we could easily hear the other guests talking. And there was a no drinking sign posted in our room (as well as the shared kitchen space). I can completely understand the no smoking sign. But 2 adults sharing a bottle of wine in any room they rent should not be prohibited.
