"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we reserved wasn't available due to an electrical problem, so we had to switch rooms during our stay which wasn't great, but they made it as easy as possible. In order to make it up to us they offered us free drinks on the rooftop terrace the first night, which was appreciated. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and it is where breakfast is served also. The breakfast was plated vs. a buffet, so you don't pick what you want. Good food though. The hotel location is great. It's close to the train station, the local bus station where you can get on a bus to many locations, the Basilica of St. John, and restaurants and shops. No elevator."
