Owner/Manager was very involved from check-in to helping with our bags. Street was undergoing maintenance (outside of control of hotel) and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with where to park, helping with bags, etc. Breakfast was buffet style with breads, cheeses, boiled eggs, olives, chai, coffee, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Rooftop was chilly, but at this time of year (mid-November) this should be expected. Location was very good, close to St. John's and not far from historic Efes. Beds could be configured as twins or King, by strapping together. This allowed versatility. My wife and I did not sleep in the center of the king, so this was fine. Great family run establishment, so get to know them if you stay here! Mike Rundle.

We loved staying at Akay Hotel, specially the yummy breakfast in the terrace and of course, the kindness of the owners. They were very helpful and spoke english, plus, if you are coffee people and really need your caffeine early, they had a machine in the Lobby with good coffee and they prepared for us. Absolutely recommend this place, easy to get to as well.

This place is a gem!

Really surprised how good this hotel was! Our room was great, clean and comfortable and the aircon was great as it was very hot during our stay. The outside pool and bar is excellent and the staff were very helpful (they even drove us to the train station after checking out). All in all one of the best value for money hotels we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended!

Habitaciones sencillas pero agradables. Piscina maravillosa. La zona de la piscina es estupenda. Cuando estuvimos no había sombrillas, pero entiendo que debe haber, a lo mejor hay que pedirlas.Te dan toallla para la piscina, hay que pedirla o si te ven sin ella, te la ofrecen. Desayuno no muy variado, pero suficiente ya que puedes repetir. Los huevos fritos los cobran como extra, en un hotel así no deberían. La zona es tranquila, se duerme muy bien. Desde el hotel hasta Efeso hay 3 km que se pueden hacer andando, hay bastante tramo en sombra. El último km no. El pueblo es pequeño, así que no hace falta coche para moverse por la zona. Hotel muy recomendable.

Efesi görmek için rotamıza bu oteli ekledik. Sadece gece yatmaya olsa yeter diye beklentim olmadan ailecek gittik. Otel kalabalık olmadığı için havuzda da çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Very reasonable, central, excellent service.

Service was exceptional, price was very good and accomadation was literally next door to the Mosque very central. Breakfast excellent and delivered to our patio next to pool. Only criticism is bathroom toilet cysten ran constantly and didn't always flush. Pool was not cleaned and so we couldn't use it. The reason we booked was pool. Would go back if pool was in use. Host was excellent

마음대로 방을 옮기고, 카드결제 안할려고 꼼수까지, 선택한 죄가 크지만, 호텔이란 마인드는 전혀없는 호텔인것으로 크크 호텔도 호텔이지만, 기본적인 것도 확인안하고 세일즈한 hotels.com도 제생각에는 수수료받을 자격이 전혀 없는 것으로 생각됩니다. 물론 사정은 있겠지만, 기본적인 사항은 체크하고 세일즈대행을 해야지만, 대리인의 자격이 있는것 아닌가요?

It was a short stay but very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful the price was reasonably good inclusive of breakfast. Also they help us us for our Ephesus trip they first took me near the exit to park my car and then drop me and my family to the entrance so we don’t have to walk all the way again.

Süper bir tatil.

Havuz kenarındaki arılar dışında personel güler yüzlü ve sevecendi. Odalara bayıldık çok güzeldi. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Apartmandan sıkılanlar için bahçeli havuzlu ev havası içinde huzur veren bir yer. Ayrıca gezikecek her yere 15 20 dk. Uzaklıkta olması da çok güzel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
