"Handicapped people with a pet needing a roll in shower beware. Our room was clean and comfortable. It took over an hour to get checked in because I had reserved the accessible room with a roll in shower, there is only one and is on the first floor. We have a Cocker Spaniel and have stayed in that room before with our dog with no problem. When checking in we were assigned to a room on Floor 2 that had a tub shower because of a "no pets on first floor" policy. There is no mention of this...
"I was honestly misled by the pictures of the facility online, and I was highly upset by the quality of the faucets on the bathtub, they were old and rusted and hard to turn I. Also, have a picture of a centipede of some type with stingers on it that stung my granddaughter, while in bed and killed another one on the floor I have pictures of that, I was honestly disappointed."
