Bad front desk service!
發表日期：2018年1月22日 在 Hotels 上Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. I have to move my luggage in and out of the check room and limited information provided about the city. Very bad service at front desk! Besides, the hotel has bad sound proof system, you can hear everything from corridor. Not recommended!

飯店寬敞舒適，各方面都很不錯，服務人員麗非常親切，下次如果再去，一定選擇入住的飯店。

發表日期：2015年10月12日 在 Hotels 上酒店就位于塞戈维亚大教堂前的广场上，露台正对教堂，view很棒。如果自驾的话，钥匙交给酒店，酒店会帮忙停车。西班牙小城的广场晚上是最热闹的地方，当地的人群会聚焦在此，小孩们成群组队踢球，大人们在聊山海经，很能体验民情。广场上也碰到两对新人。虽然房间正对广场，但阳台均做了双门，且中空玻璃，隔音效果很棒。

An amazing hotel in the heart of Segovia. Outstanding views of Plaza Mayor and the cathedral. It’s worth staying in Segovia to really enjoy the. It’s and it’s offerings.

Great location! Love it’s ‘old ‘ style in the ‘old town’ very match the atmosphere! Room is a little small but cozy, Surprisingly the bathroom has remodeled to a clean n Modern. We spend our Christmas time here, n still has some great restaurants open, the room we had is facing the plaza n cathedral next to it, the Xmas light is amazing when u open the window seeing the out side! In the small town,,I Feel like in the time machine! Very special n pleasant experience fir couple days here
