Dear Mr. Choco! I am really sorry, that you did not enjoy your stay at our A-Vita Viktoria Residence. Our A-Vita Viktoria Residence has 7 modern and newly renovated apartments, which are displayed on Expedia through the ”hotel description”. Also, at the time of the booking you can see the type of apartment, which is also displayed with the name “Apartment”. In addition, our photos give our guests a good impression what they can expect. Therefore it is unintelligible to me that you did not know that we offer apartments and no hotel rooms. We, the A-Vita Viktoria Residence, received an award for high standard and comfort accommodation. Our mission is to offer our guests the best comfort and therefore an elevator in such a small accommodation is a real comfort of luxury. I apologize that you perceived the stay in one of our lovely apartments as an imprisonment. Our apartments are modern, good equipped and build in alpine architectural style. Furthermore, I welcomed you personally at your day of check-in and assist you with the registration form. You got a free upgrade to an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, therefore the 3rd person could sleep on a bed. I also provide you some brochures of the region and showed you the underground garage and all the doorways. I explained you the functions of the key and who you can contact if you need any further assistance. We are an independent accommodation and me and my family live directly next to the reception. Where we are there for our guest during the day and night. Therefore I cannot understand why you could not get access to the apartment. Last but not least, I am very sorry again that our residence could not please you and your family. I want to point out that we always get really good guest reviews from satisfied guest, who also come frequently. This show us that our guests are satisfied and

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bieten zwar Frühstück an, aber es wird auf Grund der tollen Küchen, kaum genutzt. Die Küchen sind komplett ausgestattet. Die meisten unserer Gäste machen sich das Frühstück stelbst oder geniessen das tolle in der nahegelegenen Bäckerei. (3 Gehminuten). Es stimmt, es sind an der Rezeption tägliche Bürozeiten angeführt. Da ich mit meiner Familie gegenüber der Rezeption wohne, bin ich auch meist den ganzen Tag anwesend für meine Gäste, telefonisch sowieso 24 Stunden. Viele Stunden mehr, wie in den üblichen Appartementhäusern, wo man die ganze Woche niemanden sieht. Wir haben das ganze Jahr geöffnet und die Wohnungen werden auch das ganze Jahr vermietet und dies bei einer sehr guten Auslastung, da unsere Wohnungen auf Grund des hohen Standards sehr beliebt sind. Von 11 Wohnungen sind nur 2 Wohnungen verkauft, die ebenso in der ganz normalen Vermietung sich befinden, es werden auch keine Wohnungen mehr verkauft. Nur zur Info. Sie haben bei uns im Oktober/November gewohnt, dies ist die absolute Nachsaison, aus diesem Grund ist es Ihnen wahrscheinlich auch so ruhig vorgekommen. Tut mir leid. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass wir Sie wieder einmal in unserem Hause begrüssen dürfen!

Dear Mister, we are very sorry, but in all appartements is a cleaning fee to pay. We are not a hotel, we are an appartement house and by appartements cleaning fee + local taxe is always to pay extra. Dear Dora, we are very sorry, but you booked an appartement. Appartements has always cleaning fees, we are not a hotelroom. You can see that fee also on your reservation that cleaning fees and local taxes has to pay extra. Sorry about.
