「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving.
When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「A nice property albeit a bit worn. We had two rooms and both had some issues with things being in a state of disrepair- faucets, furnace, stovetop. Rooms had thin enough walls to hear the neighbors. Hot tub hours start mid morning which was disappointing when we planned to have a soak before breakfast. Be prepared for a big upsell at check in which they called a “welcome packet”.
