"This is a timeshare location. They push for a sales presentation as part of the check-in process. We were given incorrect information that they had acquired our current timeshare company and that we could use our points at additional properties of the new parent company. In the end they did not purchase our timeshare, and it was a sales pitch to buy another timeshare. The sales process messed up our plans in Sedona as we were unable to see everything that was planned since they took about 4+ daylight hours for the process and we missed sunset in Sedona. Unit was dated and had hair in the shower which was disappointing, but otherwise was fine for the time we were there. We obviously regret the time lost in Sedona due to their sales presentation."

"Lots of space. Good location for access to down town and west Sedona. Easy parking. AC was pretty loud, like a laundry machine being on constantly from the room next door. Appreciate the adult only pool."

"The hotel is nice . The room was not. We walked in and everything was disheveled. The sofa bed was out and furniture was all pushed to one side. Everything in the kitchen was out on the counter, to include dishes, pots, silverware. Nothing was in the cabinets. The bathroom was the same. The towels looked new but smelled like cigarettes which made the room smell. The bedding was dirty and the furniture was all disheveled. Overall the room looked like it was being remodeled and they just forgot to clean it up and make it look inviting."
