「It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival」

「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. 「Long time to check in」

「Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. 「Good food. Great Hotel 」

「Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome.」

「Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out」
