"The hotel is very poorly maintained, the room walls are peeling, leaking, etc. There was the promise of convenience items like soap, shampoo, etc. But he didn't do it. Additionally, the towels were worn out, and the cable TV didn't work. It is on an unpaved street, next to an avenue, and with no shops next door."

"We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly.
