「The staff was cooperative. Food was good. But that is not enough. It appears that an old hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Have to ask for everything like water, towel, bath-kit, toilet roll. Washbasin drainage needs repair. The fan regulator needs repair. Have to use online apps for auto/cabs, no other options. No lift, though my room was on ground floor, but a temporary dine-in option is on terrace. 」

「Very good hotel. The service is excellent . The manager Karamchand Bhatnagar was very helpful. They had a solution for every problem. Hotel is small , but in a very good area. Lot of malls and activities around. Wi-Fi is a little slow , but good near the routers . I would definitely stay here again , very good for budget travel 」
