「very nice resort 」

「The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge.」

「Many inspect and animal nearby. Have the animal jump into my room swimming pool. Around the hotel, there is many lazard. At night, there will be many sound outside the room. It maybe is animal. No hot water for shower. Breakfast is not good. Not worth this price. 」

「Nice peaceful spot to relax. Gym and many restaurants are nearby.」

Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. The villa was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the gardens and pools were...

「The advertised photos are misleading. We received a different room with an extremely tiny pool with insects and frogs. We also found small blood-sucking leeches in the pool, which made us feel extremely unsafe, especially with our children. The place is in an isolated area.」

「This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C...
