"The check in staff was knowledgeable and kind. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and perfect. So comfortable. The air system was a tiny bit hard for me to work but i should have just called down for help. It was easy for me to find street free parking overnight and i loved this hotel."

"I was put in a room with an adjoining door to another room… which was hollow, with a huge gap underneath. This means I could hear EVERYTHING next door. The guy coming in at 12:36 in the morning, crashing around and swearing. I called the front desk and no one answered. I then asked through the door “hey man, could you keep it down a bit please?” His response: “I got you man”. Then, he proceeded to crash around for hours. Then the next morning… little baby Emilia and her mom show up and she cries, and cries, and cries… and has a little rolling plastic thing, that she rolls across the laminate flooring, crashing and crying and crashing and crying, while her mom just occasionally says “ah emilia, I’m going to count to three… one, two three…” then is silent while her emilia cries and whines. I left exhausted, unrested, and frayed."

"Basically pretty good! Staff is wonderful. Louisa at the bar is excellent! It rained cats dogs and when we were there so getting to lobby was always a run from parking lot. Charged $8 a day to park. Seemed weird...its not San Fransico. Its behind a Costco! Art work in hotel is pretty bad, maybe just a personal opinion, but odd choices. Otherwise good location and clean!"
