「Our first stay at Jay Bay Zebra Lodge, recommended by my cousin, and wow—what an experience. It may be rated four-star, but in our opinion it deserves five. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was absolutely incredible, and the scenery was breathtaking. The highlight? Seventeen wild zebras wandering freely around the property—even joining us at breakfast, close enough for photos! It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...
