It was clean, quiet, in a good part of town. Felt safe. Shop, food, drinks one block away. It’s an easy walk DOWN HILL to downtown and all of the touristy things. Takes about 20-25 mins. Kinda sucks when you’re walking back UPHILL

Clean room, it’s a very self serve hotel, didn’t notice any staff around other than the cleaners. There’s no lobby or anything but is a lounge room

I had an excellent stay! My room was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to find some supplies I needed in the hallway cabinet very easily. It was quiet and relaxing. I felt very safe with the check in codes to the building and my room. The location was very convenient. The only thing I wish I had is a small chair in the room to sit while eating, etc. Otherwise, everything was lovely, and I would definitely come back again!

Great place

Stayed here for the evening because I had surgery the next day. It was quick five minute drive to the surgery center great location great eats great desserts convenience store bars.

I waited for hours with my 5 year old to get access codes to my room. Out of 5 agents I spoke to only one was able to help me and got me into a room. Overall great place to stay but terrible service when it came to getting into my room.

Always clean, comfy, and close to downtown and all the activities in Capitol Hill. I’ve stayed here a dozen times and price permitting it’ll always be my first choice.

First time checking into a property without on-site staff, went really well! IMPORTANT: Make sure pre check-in is completed in advance, requires a few extra steps that you probably won't want to do at the front door. Property is clean and quiet, great proximity to public transit and local activities. The entrance is on a smaller street with low lighting, so exercise caution at night (as you would in any large city). Excellent price. Would come here again for sure

The only one minor problem was that I did not know my room would be on the 6th floor without an elevator. Although I much appreciate a European style facility, it would have been nice if it was made more clear in advertising that there is no elevator. The staff person was very friendly and helpful.
